Garage Apartment
This homeowner wanted to add a two car garage and also have a place for houseguests, family, or friends. The garage was unattached from the house with a pressure treated deck breezeway. It has a two car garage below and above it has a master suite, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a laundry room.
Moser Project
This existing house was in need of more space for a growing family. The project involved taking an existing garage, adding another floor above and adding more space behind the garage. The addition included a master suite, master bath, sitting room, laundry room/mudroom, and a second set of stairs. We were able to match the exterior of the house with vertical cedar siding and matching stain.
Home Renovated to a Dentist Office
This home was built in th 1950's. We structurally changed the inside of the house creating workstations, offices, and laboratory areas. We changed the roof lines and added new exterior finishes to update the home. We created a front porch with a ramp at the side for handicap accessibility.
